We work very closely with our Candidates to keep a note of their next availability, and to find them the right opportunity at that time.
We take the time needed to fully understand our Clients needs, and work very closely with them, putting forward only a small number of top quality Candidates for a role, whose profiles fit the exact requirement.

Thanks to our dealings in Europe, Asia and the US we have the ability to provide the very best candidates at extremely short notice, anywhere in the world. SAP Recruitment Process
Collingwood International are a ‘Boutique’ SAP Recruitment Consultancy. We take away all of the hassle normally associated with the recruitment process.
Standard procedure here is for us to ‘pre-qualify’ all potentially suitable candidates over the phone in the first instance by asking them a mixture of technical and personal questions whilst looking over their CV’s before their details are sent forward to a company. Most of our candidates have worked through us before, but we can also take references going back 3-5 years too depending on the client’s preference.
On top of this we can also technically test them first, and even get them into one of our offices for ‘face to face’ interviews if that is what the client requires.
For our ultimate ‘gold service’ we can even go on to offering you a free ‘one week trial’ on the candidate so as to fully ascertain their suitability before deciding whether to keep them.
